International VP to Speak at NC Lions State Convention in Raleigh

Lions International 1st Vice President Eberhard J. Wirfs, of Kelkheim am Taunus, Hessen, Germany, has tentatively accepted an invitation to speak at the 2009 North Carolina Lions State Convention in Raleigh.
