Multiple District 31
Multiple District 31 is divided into eight districts, each with an elected District Governor. The district membership also elects a first and second Vice District Governor. All district governors in the Multiple District constitute a Council of Governors, which provides an administrative structure to further the purposes of Lions Clubs International in the Multiple District.
